A Hare & Sons is a family business that has been running in the market town of Horncastle in Lincolnshire for over 40 years. Alan Hare started the business in the 1960s from the Bridge Street premises, which was formerly a wool warehouse. The business is continued today by his sons.
We have an extensive selection of second hand furniture, mostly from the 20th Century. The emphasis of our business has always been to provide both good quality and good value for all of our customers. If you are looking to furnish your home or if you are searching for something in particular we would welcome you to our Bridge Street premises.
Horncastle is a town renowned for its antiques and we have a section dedicated to antiques and collectables.
In addition we sell new beds, new mirrors, ceramics, pictures, frames, fireside accessories and other items.
We also have a collection of old photographs of local interest on display in the shop.
Delivery
We deliver for free in the Horncastle area.
We can also deliver to other areas within Lincolnshire if required, including Lincoln, Boston, Skegness, Louth and Grimsby.
